A Call For Reinforcements

Single-channel film centered around a recorded phone call with my father upon his return to Uruguay. We discuss diasporic movement, memories of the dictatorship, and my ongoing search for where I belong. Toy soldiers he once bought me as a child are 3D rendered and cooked, to deconstruct contemporary violence.
